Chihuly In The Hotshop
In 2006, the Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington, invited artist and visionary Dale Chihuly to work in its state-of-the-art hotshop. His residency is the subject of this riveting documentary which reflects his work over the last thirty years. A team of 40 gaffers and artists reunite with Dale Chihuly to recreate works. Featuring Dale Chihuly’s most popular glass series, from Seaforms to Putti, Ikebana and Niijima Floats, this video provides an intimate look at his artistic process.
