Wild Blackberries have a high abundance of healthy antioxidants. Also, Wild Blackberries are high in nutritional contents of dietary fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and folic acid (a B Vitamin). Our Wild Blackberry Syrup is great, of course, on pancakes, crepes or waffles but use it also to spritz up sparkling water or to swirl into yogurt or pour over oatmeal. Enjoy!
