Willabay Breading Fish, Meat, Poultry & Vegetable Breading - 10 oz
This is a great breading for Fish, Shellfish, Meat (especially chicken livers), Poultry and Veggies. Directions for use as a dry coat (can also be used as a batter): Moisten seafood, chicken, meat, or vegetables for several minutes in 3/4 cup milk with beaten whole egg. Coat thoroughly by rolling food in breading. Let stand 3-5 minutes. Breading will appear moist. Oven bake at 375 degrees or pan fry until fork tender. Eat and enjoy!
